Montreal, QC, February 1st, 2013 – Abilis announced today the appointment of Mr. Robert Proulx as administrator and new member of its Board of directors.

Mr. Proulx is a highly respected executive and IT professional, recognized in Quebec and abroad for his expertise in Information Technology and the governance of major projects. His experience includes presenting strategic projects to various Institutional Boards and committees (Bombardier Inc., ING Canada and Hydro-Québec) to list a few. Since retiring from Bombardier in late 2009, Robert Proulx offers consulting services in information technology, primarily focusing on strategic planning and project transformation assessment. Mr. Proulx also serves on various advisory committees to senior management of major companies and governmental agencies.

His expertise in delivering complex and major projects with large companies will be valued at Abilis Solutions.
