Eric Le Goff and Alain Elbaz founded the organization in 1996 to provide information technology services and solutions to large enterprises and public organizations. During the last two decades, the company has evolved to offer value-added products and services in the corrections, information technology, energy distribution and SAP integration industries.

Since inception, Abilis has maintained its vision of forming long term relationships with its customers, partners and team members based on its core company values. The believe that being directly involved throughout the life-cycle of the implementation process and setting clearly defined benchmarks and expectations to measure progress and performance, has never wavered.

Today, the company remains a privately-held organization with headquarters in Montreal, Canada, US divisions in Portland, ME and Nashville, TN, as well as offices in Europe.
